Julie Brand is Recording Secretary for the Texas Choir Camp Board, where she manages meeting records and supports effective governance. A member of the camp community since 2017, she also helps lead the silent auction to raise scholarship funds. Passionate about handbells and choral music, Julie is an original member of the Houston Chamber Ringers and has been active in the music ministry at Northwoods Presbyterian Church since 1992.
