It is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas with its
principal place of business in the State of Texas.

property of Texas Conference Choir Clinic, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as "TCCC") and/or its affiliates and are protected under
U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark and other intellectual
property laws. No intellectual property or other rights in and to
the information and materials on this site are transferred to
visitors to this site.
TCCC does not
warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement,
suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of the information
and materials made available through this site. To the maximum

Publication of
Personal Information
Children's names, ages, address, etc. will not be
published on our site in any public area. TCCC will not post the
names of missionaries to foreign countries without prior approval.
TCCC does not under any
circumstance share or sell its member lists or other personal
information with 3rd parties with the exception of Lakeview
Methodist Assembly.
TCCC does not warrant that
this site or the server that it makes available is free of viruses.
Email Messages transmitted via
electronic mail (e-mail) are not secure and any information
transmitted to this site via e-mail will not be treated as
confidential. TCCC may use e-mail or other forms of input provided
by visitors to this site for any purpose without compensation to the
contributor.
Information Collection
Aside from server access logs, TCCC will not collect
information on a user using cookies or any other form in its public
sections. When logged onto the database search area, TCCC will
collect information on your session including IP Address and number
of times logged in.
